Free on-site consultation
We walk the property together, refining layout and general design. We take photos and video for documentation, with additional design visits as needed. You’re welcome to browse inspiration beforehand — it helps us talk about the direction you want to go.

Detailed plan
The StonyBrookFalls team creates a detailed design and parts inventory plan.

Presentation, investment & schedule
We present the plan and discuss investment together. Then we choose a start date and collect the payment.

Materials & utility locate
We order stones and water feature parts. In this window we also schedule a utility locate (“Call before you dig”) and document private plumbing, sprinkler lines, and landscaping to protect — so the build stays safe and well planned.

The build
Your build will take from 1 to 10+ days depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Follow-up
Free follow-up visits to see how you’re enjoying your new water feature.
Winter and spring service maintenance plans are available if desired.
